Bruno Coppini
Bruno has extensive experience with musical and show production, music creation, and music arrangement. He plays with top names of the Brazilian music industry such as Fabio Jr, Luiza Possi, Jane Duboc, Rouge, Eduardo Araujo, and Wanessa Camargo.
In his studies, he currently looks at the role the electric bass has played on MPB (musica popular brasileira) and how it has changed the musicians approach to musical arrangement and performance.
The electric bass allowed a series of innovations and simplifications in music, besides changing the required level of technique to play the instrument.
Just as technology has changed the way we approach business in general.
Fernando M Ribeiro
Fernando built his career in the management consultancy and banking industry prior to moving to coaching & human development. He has extensive experience working with prominent leaders of different sectors. Applying concepts of positive psychology, he supports leaders to become the best possible version of themselves.
In his studies, he looks at factors that affect well-being for large populations and/or in groups and how to approach such factors either in a mitigative or constructive way.
Humans are not deterministic beings, bound to one single response regardless of the stimulus. Rather, our free will and the choices we constantly make will determine how we look at the world and how we decide to affect other people's lives around us.
